Break Open Table
Break Open Tables are incorporated as the entry to the soil sorting operation, or as the drop/work surface for the Speed Check Cart Dumpers. It is installed in an optimal location (ahead of soil sorting conveyors) to open route or plastic bags, remove trash/foreign objects and to separate goods for sorting. The benefits are increased productivity and operator safety.
Break open tables are constructed with a painted mild steel frame and either a mild steel powder coated or stainless steel top, both with 5” sides tapered to match the sorting conveyor. Custom sizes and configurations are also available.
